Hours later, citizens contacted authorities with information that helped local police resolve one of its longest missing persons investigations.
Detective Sergeant Jenna Shaw said police were “absolutely delighted” to have finally found Sheila Fox after more than five decades. “Every missing person has a story, and their families and friends deserve to know what happened to them and, hopefully, be reunited with them“, he added.
Nevertheless, thehe mystery remains over what happened to Sheila Fox after she disappeared aged 16.
