This summer, the Real Madrid recruited Kylian Mbappéarrived free from PSG. Although he was not difficult to convince, he still obtained a large salary, around €30 million gross per year. He is currently the highest paid player on the squad, but this ranking could quickly change.
A trophy that costs Vinicius dearly
Thanks to his victory in The Best trophy, Vinicius Junior will be able to count on a nice salary increase. This season, his annual salary is estimated at €15M and thanks to his victory, as stipulated in his contract, he will increase his annual salary by €5M for next season. An amount which places him ahead of his teammate Real Madrid, Kylian Mbappé.
Endless bonuses
In every Madrid contract, Ballon d'Or clauses are put in place. Spanish media AS reveals that if Vinicius wins the Ballon d'Or this year, his salary will increase further. But it will be the same for Mbappé. The financial battle is on.
