Twenty-nine departments have been placed on yellow rain-flood vigilance for the day of Thursday, January 2.
A new year marked by bad weather in part of France. Météo-France forecasters have placed 29 departments on yellow alert for rain-flooding, for this day of Thursday, January 2.
Are concerned: Aisne, Ardennes, Aube, Doubs, Eure, Eure-et-Loir, Ille-et-Vilaine, Jura, Maine-et-Loire, Marne, Haute-Marne, Mayenne, Meurthe-et-Moselle, Meuse, Moselle, Oise, Orne, Haute-Saône, Sarthe, Paris, Seine-et-Marne, Yvelines, Vosges, Territoire de Belfort, Essonne, Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis, Val-de-Marne and Val-d’ Oise.
-This bad weather is the direct consequence of the arrival of a depression, by the coasts of the Channel since Wednesday, January 1, also responsible for gusts which will sweep away 24 French departments placed on yellow alert for violent winds.
Note that 15 departments are affected by yellow snow-ice vigilance this Thursday.
