Bryce James, son of NBA legend LeBron James, has taken a major step in his Basketball journey by officially committing to the University of Arizona.
On Wednesday, the promising young athlete announced on Instagram that he will sport the Wildcats colors after completing his time at Sierra Canyon.
This decision echoes the collegiate career of his brother Bronny James, who spent a season at USC before making the jump to the NBA with the Los Angeles Lakers. Now, Bryce James is ready to forge his own legacy in the world of college basketball.
Ironically, one of the universities vying to land Bryce was Ohio State, which will no doubt be disappointed to learn of his commitment to Tommy Lloyd and his Arizona team.
In addition to the Wildcats, schools such as Notre Dame and Duquesne had also made offers to Bryce James before his decision, as Rivals reported. It’s safe to say that Ohio State fans may be feeling a little unlucky.
