The French swimmer has hosted the game on France 3 since last September, replacing Cyril Féraud. The presenter of Everyone wants to take their place returned to the studios of Slam for the 4,000th broadcast. A big event for him, because he was competing against Laurent Luyat. The sports journalist and Tim's dad are also “friends in life”as the disabled sports athlete recalled. Cyril Féraud clarified that they are like “brothers”announcing that they “live in the same building”. Laurent Luyat joked that a “floor” separates them. Despite the competition, the host of France Télévisions reassured his friend that he will remain “the godfather of [son] fils”regardless of the outcome of the game. “I am proud and happy”declared Laurent Luyat to the applause of the audience.
Cyril Féraud confirmed that his son “is in great shape”. With humor, he indicated that his 5-month-old baby “don’t go see the beating” that he will take. However, he was the one who won this special. His victory allowed the Rafael Lorraine association, which supports sick children, to receive 4,000 euros, because the game's winnings were doubled for this exceptional evening.

Cyril Féraud talks about what he plans for his first Christmas with his son
On July 23, Cyril Féraud announced the birth of his son, Tim. Very discreet about his private life, he has never revealed the identity of his companion. On the other hand, he has several times made statements about his recent fatherhood at the age of 39. During this end-of-year period, he confided in West France about his first Christmas as a dad. “I get emotional thinking about it”. In an interview given to TV Magazine at the beginning of December, he clarified that “it will be special” before adding: “Decorating the house, the tree for the first time and showing him the whole world of the holidays is quite magical, even if he is still very little”. Furthermore, he explained that he will celebrate Christmas with “the whole family and [ses] closest friends”.
