The Haute-Garonne firefighters intervened in Toulouse for a car fire in the Empalot district.
Alerted around 3:30 a.m. on January 1, they noticed on their arrival on rue Hubertine Auclerc that three vehicles were on fire. Cars located in front of a 7-story building on the facade of which the fire spread.
The fire was brought under control using a water hose.
5 people were poisoned by the fumes but their condition did not require hospitalization.
Law enforcement officers were present to secure the scene.
