17th choice in the last Draft, Dalton Knecht thus obtained the privilege of starting his NBA career alongside a certain LeBron James. After six months as the King's teammate, he revealed one of his habits which shocked him.
Being drafted late in the first round can have its advantages for a rookie NBA. Instead, ask Dalton Knecht, who arrived last June at the Lakers as the 17th pick. Unlike some of his counterparts selected earlier than him, the latter can reasonably aim for the title, but also progress with huge stars. And in particular LeBron Jameswhich he gradually learns to understand.
Dalton Knecht captivated by LeBron James' favorite pastime
A true basketball scholar, James therefore appears to be a perfect tutor for a young developing player such as Knecht. There is no doubt that the 23-year-old winger has received a lot of advice from his illustrious elder since his arrival in his supporting cast. However, in recent hours, the King actually had other fish to fry and made it clear on X with the help of a rather lunar exchange:
LeBron James : I just finished a random game of Madden with “ricankilla722”. I had to put on my helmet. Nice match and conversation bro! We had a good laugh too! lol. ????
@MarcAnthonyRo15 : Well done bro, I can't believe I played against you!!! Yes guys I'm ricankilla722 ????

After LeBron's criticism, Steph Curry responds directly to the King: “It's not like…
On the eve of a California derby against the Kings which could allow his team to solidify its place in the Top 6 of the Western Conference, LeBron spent his evening… playing Madden. This will not really surprise his fans, who know the affection he has for American football and its most famous simulation. No more than Knecht, who declared a few hours earlier after training:
Dalton Knecht : What have I learned about LeBron since playing with him? How much he loves playing Madden. He only talks about that all the time. I really didn't know it was that bad. It's crazy. On the plane, he watches Madden videos and stuff like it's basketball.
We must therefore believe that LBJ takes his results on the US football video game as seriously as on the NBA courts.
Here again, this deduction should not surprise the most fervent and informed fans of the Angelino leader. After all, the latter revealed a few months ago that he was ranked among the 1,000 best players in the world on Madden. And if he certainly had to fall in this ranking, due to lack of time to play as much as during the offseason, his level must remain extremely high.
When some players take advantage of their team's air travel to sleep or prepare for the match that awaits them, LeBron James tries to increase his skills… on Madden. Not sure that this represents the best example for Dalton Knecht to follow.
