Monday, December 23, Cyril Neujean, owner of the Sauvage hotel-restaurant, installed, at 6:30 a.m., its shellfish and crustacean stall in front the Sauvage grocery store in La Ferté-Gaucher, after his return from Rungis.

Customers found different seafood : oysters (special and fine de claire), whelks, smoked salmon, snails, shrimps, halves of crab and claws.

Second consecutive year

A sale on December 30 and 31
