Romain Dupuy, author of double murder at the Pau psychiatric hospital 20 years ago, will remain hospitalized at Charles Perrens. After 18 years spent in the Cadillac Unit for Difficult Patients, he was transferred to the Bordeaux hospital center in October 2023, in a more flexible general psychiatric unit.

But at the end of November 2024, a medical college estimated that the condition of Romain Dupuy, who suffers from schizophrenic pathologyallowed continued care outside.
