MEDIA – Do you miss the summer atmosphere of the Paris 2024 Olympics? The crazy performances of Lady Gaga, Aya Nakamura, Céline Dion and Philippe Katerine, too? Quickly. You only have a few days left to watch (one last time) in full the opening and closing ceremonies of this summer's Olympic and Paralympic Games.
And for good reason, this December 31, the shows orchestrated by Thomas Jolly are leaving the streaming platform of France Télévisions, official partner of the competitions, taking with them some of their unforgettable moments, such as the song played by Gojira at the Conciergerie or the cover of Nightcall by Phoenix, Angèle and Kavinsky.

The opening ceremony, punctuated by the performance of the metal group Gojira, will leave the France Télévisions streaming platform.
A huge audience hit, the opening ceremony brought together more than 27 million viewers in France, and thus surpassed the absolute record held until now by the 2022 World Cup final between France and Argentina ( 24 million). An incredible score, far ahead of the closing night at the Stade de France which still attracted 17 million curious people.
On the other hand, if you are comfortable with English, you can still enjoy replays of the four ceremonies with English-speaking comments on the official YouTube channel of the Games (“Olympics”) without limits. Those from previous editions in Beijing and Tokyo are also there.
