Always looking for the greatest talents in the world, PSG is one of the big names interested in Argentinian Franco Mastantuono. The 17-year-old prodigy recently extended his contract with River Plate and now has a release clause set at €45m. Enough to potentially allow the Parisian club to achieve a big blow.

The winter transfer window could be lively on the side of PSG. Indeed, the capital club has often used the month of January to be opportunistic. Last year, Paris had notably continued its recruitment of promising young players with the arrivals of Lucas Beraldo and of Gabriel Moscardo.

PSG interested in an Argentinian prodigy

And several months ago, TNT Sports revealed that in the same way as certain clubs like Manchester City and the Real Madridthe PSG was one of the big names interested in the young prodigy of River Plate Franco Mastantuono. Born in 2007, the latter reached the end of his contract with the Argentine club in December, but finally extended his lease until 2026.

As reported MARK, Franco Mastantuono now has a release clause of €45M. Thus, it will be easier for the Argentine prodigy to transfer to a European club. Good news for the PSGthe Real Madrid would have also abandoned this track according to the Iberian media. Case to follow closely therefore…
