Donald Trump raises in a burst. Yet another lunge on the canal Panama controlled by China, 'invitation' to Canada to become the 51st state and new message to Greenland: the USA needs it and the island, says the American president, wants the USA. Trump, a few weeks after taking office in the White House, uses the Christmas greetings to outline the current priorities of his agenda between foreign policy and the economy. The president's agenda is exposed with a series of posts on his social network, Truth.

Panama and China in the crosshairs

“Merry Christmas to everyone, even to the wonderful soldiers of China who lovingly, but illegally, manage the Panama Canal (where we lost 38 thousand men in the construction 110 years ago), always making sure that the United States invests billions of dollars in money for 'reparations', but without having a say in anything,” says the president. The Canal brings advantages exclusively to China, says Trump, who intends to reverse course.

The nomination of “Kevin Marino Cabrera as United States Ambassador to the Republic of Panama, a country that is robbing us on the Canal far beyond its wildest dreams” is a no-brainer. Marino Cabrera, Trump says, is the right man for the job, as his resume also confirms: “He has done an incredible job as my Florida state director and, this year, he has advanced our Maga agenda as a member of the Republican National Committee”, the party's governing body.

“Canada, come with us”

Then, Canada, another target in recent weeks. Trump also wishes Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau a Merry Christmas. “Citizen taxes are far too high, but if Canada became our 51st state they would be cut by more than 60%. Business turnover would immediately double and “citizens” would be protected militarily like no other country to the world.”

Trump mentions a meeting with Canadian hockey legend Wayne Gretzky: “The Great One, as he's nicknamed. I said, “Wayne, why don't you run for prime minister of Canada, soon to be governor of Canada? You would win easily, you wouldn't even have to campaign.' He wasn't interested, but I think the people of Canada should start a 'Choose Wayne Gretzky' movement. It would be so fun to watch.”

Greenland, obsession

Last but not least, Greenland, now the target of the new president. The president of the United States also sends his best wishes “to the people of Greenland, needed by the United States for national security issues”. The island, Trump says, “wants the United States to be there and we will be there.”

For days now the president has been making systematic reference to the island, an autonomous Danish territory. For Trump, Greenland is a key element for the security of the United States: “It is absolutely necessary.”
