Initiatives continue to decorate and make the city more and more festive
waiting for Christmas.
After the Christmas trees decorated by primary school pupils and positioned
in front of the shops in Corso Garibaldi, today, December 18th, the boys
of the IIS “Benvenuto Cellini” will be involved in the decoration of the shop windows of the
Bumbunì ice cream shop: a creative intervention dedicated to the theme of Christmas which
it will make the city center even more evocative and magical.
A pioneering project that the ice cream shop joined for the holidays
Christmas by making its windows available to the children of the artistic high school
citizen who will create an exhibition with their artistic works and who
they will have the opportunity to show their works to all Valencians.
“The hope of us Administrators is that, seeing the result of the kids’ work
of the IIS “Benvenuto Cellini” on the windows of the Bumbunì ice cream shop next year
the owners of unused spaces of the
historic center. The intent is to make the main streets of the city more well-kept
an urban decoration perspective. During the Christmas period, or on special occasions
events involving the city, vacant shop windows can transform into
creative and decorative spaces” as specified by the Mayor Maurizio Oddone and the Councillor
Alessia Zaio
