Josep MARTINEZ 6 – Debut in the Nerazzurri shirt without too many worries until Tourè’s shot at the end. However, the former Genoa player did well to be ready and reject the shot after 89 minutes of substantial inactivity.

Tajon BUCHANAN 5,5 – Opportunity as a starter not fully exploited. He never appears incisive, often appearing detached from the Nerazzurri’s game (dal 74′ Tomas PALACIOS sv)

Davide FRATTESI 6 – Solid match characterized by the usual flair for the right insertion at the right time.

Kristjan ASLLANI 7- Warned just before the quarter of an hour, he manages himself despite his delicate role. He scored the Olympic goal directly from a corner which made it 2-0 for the Nerazzurri (Dal 64′ Hakan CALHANOGLU 6 – When he enters he changes the music simplifying the game without too much effort, master of the situation)

Piotr ZIELINSKI 6.5 – Excellent match for a former challenger. He directs operations in the middle of the pitch, taking care of the usual, traditional ball management.

Carlos AUGUSTO 6 – Great left-foot volley around the half-hour mark which finds a prompt response from Piana, who is also good when he has to move back to cover on Zemura who comes in to put him in difficulty.

Marko ARNAUTOVIC 6,5 – Inzaghi makes him the starter again and he clocks in after a month and a half, proving himself reliable. The diagonal left-footed shot makes it 1-0 (dal 63′ Lautaro MARTINEZ 5.5 – two good chances, both tainted by offside. Fear at the end due to an alleged injury)

Mehdi TAREMI 6 – He acts alongside Arnautovic, reads the Serb’s cut well, providing him with the assist for the 1-0 goal. He has a golden opportunity to score but hits the post with Piana totally wrong-footed and devours the goal.

Coach Simone INZAGHI 6.5 – Right choices, both at the start and during the course of the match with the inclusion of the very starting players when there was a hint of relaxation in the second half. Quarter-finals earned with merit and just the right amount of effort.

Edoardo PIANA 5.5 – Nice save from Carlos Augusto in the first half, he remains planted between the posts on Asllani’s corner kick.

Christian KABASELE 5 – He hits Arnautovic’s shot with his arm with Massimi first awarding and then taking away the penalty. In general, he has a complicated evening with Arnautovic, Taremi and Lautaro.

Jacket BIJOL 5.5 – He plays for a while trying to lead the defense both physically and vocally but immediately appears in difficulty (46′ James ABANKWAH 6 – He enters the field with conviction and often tries to start from the defense)

Souleymane TOURE 6 – It shows in the final with a powerful shot that challenges Martinez.

Rui MODESTO 5.5 – He slides awkwardly on the corner kick which leads to Inter’s 2-0 lead, allowing the ball to go over him and into the net

Arthur ATTA 5,5 – Some good ideas and little else, it is not easy to emerge against the Nerazzurri midfielders (from 75′ Jordan ZEMURA 6 – He enters the field well and tries some of his own gallops but always finds defenders attentive to counter him)

Jesper KARLSTROM 5 – He is never seen, sucked into a vortex among the Inter midfielders who make him spin around in circles

Jurgen EKKELENKAMP 5 – Close to scoring the lead in the first few minutes, he made the mistake that paved the way for the Nerazzurri’s 1-0 goal by inadvertently serving Taremi (from the 70th minute BRENNER 5.5 – He didn’t provide much contribution towards the end)

Hassane CAMERA 5 – Another player penalized by the high quality of the Inter midfield. Frattesi and Darmian limit him by nipping any attempt at acceleration in the bud.

Lorenzo LUCCA 6 – Among the best of Udinese. He moves a lot in front, trying to extricate himself from the Inter defenders who don’t lose sight of him (dal 75′ Damian PIZARO sv)

Alexis SANCHEZ 5 – Upon his return after the long injury, Runjaic gives him time to get to know the pitch again but he appears to need time to take charge of his “old” Udinese (gave 46′ Iker BRAVO 6 – He does better than Sanchez, trying to make himself dangerous on a couple of occasions)

All. Kosta RUNJAIC 5,5 – What saves the away match at San Siro is the courage shown in the very first minutes and the fact of trying until the end. The first goal came from an individual error. Perhaps the decline in attention after the game had been stopped for a long time weighs heavily on the second. In any case, he is an Udinese who doesn’t look out of place.
