A 30-second glimpse from the first official trailer, arriving tomorrow, of the film that will mark the cinema debut of the new DC Universe
Twenty-four hours before its official release, Warner Bros. shared a 30 second excerpt from the first trailer on Supermanin which we are introduced to the most famous characters of this franchise.
The film, which travels to the tune of John Williams’ musical theme reworked for the occasion (the music will be provided by John Murphy), introduces us for the first time to the Lois Lane di Rachel Brosnahan together with the work team at Daily Planet (Jimmy Olsen and company).
For a moment we can even see David Corenswet’s Superman soaring at exceptional speed. Then there are several people, passers-by and otherwise, who look towards the sky, as if something shocking was about to happen. We just have to wait for the full trailer to arrive tomorrow.

Speaking of his monumental commitment in bringing the adventures of the Man of Steel back to life, the director anticipated:

In the cast of Superman we will also find Nicholas Hoult as Lex LuthorIsabel Merced is Hawkgirl, Nathan Fillion will play Green Lantern Guy Gardner, Edi Gathegi will appear as Mr. Terrific and Anthony Carrigan will be Metamorpho. The theatrical release is scheduled for July 10, 2025.
