The influencer was convicted of tax evasion

A court of United Kingdom has determined that the police can confiscation to the influencer Andrew Tate more than 2 million pounds (2.4 million euros) to cover years of unpaid taxes by him and his brother Tristan. Devon and Cornwall Police have taken to court to reclaim the money, held in seven bank accounts frozenthe Tate brothers and a woman identified only as J.
The sentence
At Westminster Magistrates’ Court London il giudice boss Paul Goldspring has determined that the financial transactions of the brothersincluding the transfer of nearly $12 million to an account in J’s name, were a “trick simple” to deceive the authorities tax. A police lawyer stated that the Tate brothers were “serial tax evaders” which they did not pay any tax on £21 million in revenue coming from their online businesses between 2014 and 2022.
The other criminal cases against Tate
Andrew Tate, 37 years oldit’s a ex kickboxer and citizen with dual British-American nationality who has amassed more than 10 million followers on X. He was banned from TikTok, YouTube and Facebook after the platforms accused him of posting hate speech and misogynistic comments.
He and 36-year-old Tristan face criminal charges in Romania, including human trafficking and criminal conspiracy to exploit women. After the conclusion of such proceedings, they will be show off to the UK to face further rape and human trafficking charges. The two deny all charges.
