For its 20th edition, the 2025 Youth Prize for the Environment from the French association of Businesses for the Environment invites students, young graduates and young professionals to express their ideas on the theme: “Careers and ecological transition” Decarbonization and the preservation of resources will not be possible without French and European industry. How can we make professions in industries promoting environmental transition desirable? Increase in skills, organization of work, image and perception of the industry, discovery of professions… What careers should young people consider to take part in the ecological transition? According to a Harris Interactive survey carried out in 2023, nearly 70% of young people are ready to give up applying to companies that do not take environmental issues into account. The Youth for the Environment Prize gives students, young graduates or professionals aged 15 to 30 the opportunity to provide a concrete response to career questions with regard to the challenges of ecological transition. Participation takes the form of a 5-page file (or 10,000 characters maximum) written individually or in a group, and potentially accompanied by digital support.
