We learn via Frandroid that Free recently launched a double promotion on its Freebox Ultra, reserved exclusively for its Freebox Revolution and mini 4K subscribers.
This initiative, which rewards the loyalty of historic customers, allows you to migrate for free to the Freebox Ultra (which saves 49 euros) and to benefit from the promotional rate for the first year, i.e. 49.99 euros per month instead of 59.99 euros. Free migration and reduced price on the Freebox Ultra
Free is reviving interest in its high-end Freebox Ultra with a new promotion encouraging its subscribers to upgrade their equipment. While Bouygues Telecom and Orange are preparing their new internet boxes with Wi-Fi 7, we feel that competition is intensifying in the high-end box market.
Indeed, Bouygues Telecom recently revealed some characteristics of its future box, but its release date remains unknown.
Orange is also working on a new Livebox 7 with Wi-Fi 7 and a new operating system. A battle is looming between operators to offer the most efficient and attractive box, something to be continued.
