A man was slightly hit in the leg by a gunshot at the end of November in Pierrefitte-sur-Seine. The shooter managed to escape.
It’s a very strange case that the Parisian judicial police are trying to resolve. According to information from Paris Match, an investigation was opened for acts of “intentional violence with a weapon” after a man was targeted by a gunshot in Pierrefitte-sur-Seine (Seine-Saint-Denis ).

The facts date back to the night of November 29 to 30. It was around 12:30 a.m. when the victim stopped his car in front of his home. His wife and their two children, aged 3 years and 6 months, are at their side. Suddenly, while the driver did not have time to leave the passenger compartment of his vehicle, a stranger, hooded and wearing a djellaba, appeared out of nowhere. Without saying a word, the stranger, gun in hand, fired a single shot in the direction of the driver.
One shot, and the shooter leaves on an electric scooter
His window shatters and the bullet freezes in his seat: the projectile grazed his right thigh. Immediately, the mysterious shooter gets on an electric scooter before disappearing. Police officers on patrol in the area were accosted by the victim who told them what had just happened. A general alert was raised but no trace of the perpetrator was found.
Informed, the Bobigny public prosecutor’s office entrusted the investigations to investigators from the departmental judicial police service (SDPJ) of Seine-Saint-Denis. Still according to information from Paris Match, the first elements of the investigation made it possible to determine that the shooter used a 7.65 mm caliber weapon. Furthermore, images taken from video protection cameras are being used.
Victim worked in nightclub, scene of murder
“We don’t know if the shooter wore this djellaba to cover his tracks,” confides a source close to the case. The father targeted works in the security field. He was notably employed in a nightclub, the Beach Club, located at Porte d’Aubervilliers where a customer was killed by a gun in October, when leaving this establishment.

In this murder case, dating back to October 12, a 19-year-old young man was fatally shot twice by gunfire. The main suspect was arrested at the beginning of November in Mantes-la-Jolie (Yvelines) while he was the subject of an arrest warrant issued by an investigating judge. He was then indicted, then placed in pre-trial detention. The motive for this murder would be linked to a dispute between several customers of this nightclub.
