The Cosori CP158-AF is an affordable, yet generous air fryer. According to its manufacturer, it can cook more than a kilo of fries in one go; a capacity much higher than that of other models in its price range.

The Cosori CP158-AF is an interesting oil-free fryer, as much for its large capacity as for its performance. Particularly respectful of temperatures, it diffuses heat very well in its basket and is quite quick to heat up. Its functions nevertheless remain basic and we would have liked to find a recipe book in French in the box.

The Air Fryer MAX certainly does not lack in qualities. Easy to master with its complete control panel, it is also very quick to heat and offers a wider temperature range than most of its competitors, going up to 240°C… and even a little more in fact. The Air Fryer MAX has a tendency to exceed the temperatures required when switching on, requiring preheating or even adapting the recipe temperatures. We’ve seen it simpler, and we also regret that its tank is a little narrow. Minor flaws which, however, do not prevent it from positioning itself ahead of the AirFryer XXL HD9860/90, the best-rated oil-free fryer in our comparison.
