The Maslives municipal council met on Wednesday December 11 to deliberate on the following points.

Property without owner for sale. Incorporation of a property without an owner (7,670 m2 of wood) in the private domain of the municipality. The advertising process has expired (six months). The municipality will be able to put this plot up for sale. She also wishes to incorporate three other properties presumed to be ownerless and wishes to launch advertising procedures. People wishing to acquire these plots have already contacted the town hall.

Festillésime. The Festillésime project proposed by the Department will be renewed. As such, the municipality has selected the group Apple Juice which offers Beatles covers and will perform at Maslives in May. The municipality is therefore requesting a subsidy from the departmental council for half the cost of the show, which amounts to €1,825.

Convention Caf. The council focused on the signing of the overall territorial agreement with the Family Allowance Fund, managed by the community of communes of Grand Chambord. This agreement allows municipalities to benefit from social benefits and subsidies for early childhood services. This deliberation raised some questions from elected officials who were particularly surprised by the vagueness of this convention and the lack of concrete actions proposed by the CCGC.

Update of the length of municipal roads. Christine Mongella recalls that “the distribution of the general operating grant allocated by the prefecture to the municipalities depends in particular on the length of the road (30% of the amount)” and that “ the length of municipal roads needed to be updated.” The calculation must be voted on in the municipal council before 2025 to be included in the 2026 budget. The latest survey shows a length of 13,256 m (compared to 9,728 m previously). The new statement table was adopted by the municipal council.

Securing the schoolyard. Christine Mongella informed the council of the state of the school playground which is collapsing. Slates regularly fall into the yard. Securing the courtyard is therefore urgent. Consolidation was initially considered but it turns out that the structure is too fragile to be repaired. The town hall must therefore opt for dismantling the structure and repairing the wall and roof. The amount amounts to €17,157 including tax and as such, the municipality will request a DETR-DSIL subsidy of 50% of the total amount.
