Last month, we reported that the attacker JT Miller had left the Vancouver Canucks organization for personal reasons and returned home.
Officially, it is said that it was a break to take care of his mental health, he who was suffering from psychological exhaustion but rumors also claimed that he was also possibly carrying a shoulder injury since the start of the season.
Regardless, he is no longer with the team now.
Two weeks later, the Canucks are now back from their road trip and everyone is wondering what’s going on with Miller when no updates have been made from the team thus far.
According to what the journalist reports and insider Rick Dhaliwal of The Athleticthe news would be good as the star forward would have started skating alone again last week, a sign that he is now rested and is getting closer to a return to play.
When will this return take place? At the time of writing, no one knows yet, but if he joins the rest of his teammates in training this week, it will be a very good indicator of an imminent return.
- Aged 31, JT Miller is a 6’1″/218lbs left-handed center selected in the 1st round (15th overall) in the 2011 draft. So far this season, he has compiled a record of 6 goals and 10 assists for a total of 16 points in 17 matches he has 6 years remaining on his contract, earning him an average of $8 million per season.
