The “100% Côte-d’Or know-how” label reaches a symbolic milestone by reaching 500 approved. On the occasion of its 15th approval committee, organized at the Hostellerie de la Tour d'Auxois, this figure marks a turning point for this initiative which has been promoting the department's artisans, producers and restaurateurs for five years.

Launched in 2018, the 100% Côte-d'Or label stands out as a guarantee of quality and proximity, guaranteeing consumers local and authentic products. It is today recognized for its commitments to short circuits, healthy eating and the preservation of artisanal know-how. This success is based on a large network of professionals united around these values.

During this 15th accreditation committee:

  • 41 new approvals were granted.
  • 11 members left the network due to cessation of activity.
  • 1 file was adjourned.

With these developments, the label has reached the mark of 500 approved in just five years. François Sauvadet, President of the Côte-d’Or Departmental Council, welcomed this dynamic: “ Five years after the start of this adventure, we remain committed alongside the producers and artisans who make our region rich. We will continue to highlight their know-how to the Côte-d'Oriens. »

Renewal among chef-ambassadors

Among the 21 Chef-ambassadors, four were replaced by new ones, following their departure from their establishment:

  • KRISTINA MORLOT, chef of Kristina’s delights in Brazey-en-Plaine, first chef ambassador
  • THOMAS BRAGHI, head of the Château de Sainte Sabine
  • SPENCER MAGNIN, chef of La Brasserie des Halles in Nolay
  • SEBASTIEN MYET, chef of Castel de Très Girard in Morey-Saint-Denis

The network is also enriched with remarkable new members, including:

  1. The Chamber of Agriculture of Côte-d'Or, for its market gardening production in Perrigny-lès-.
  2. Brasserie 90 BPM, in Ahuy, with its craft beer Jondi blonde, using local ingredients.
  3. Les Halles de Gilly by Delin, showcasing regional cheeses, meats, charcuterie and condiments.
  4. Mulot et Petitjean, historic house founded in 1796, which embodies Dijon excellence with its famous gingerbread.

In five years, the “Savoir-faire 100% Côte-d’Or” brand has established itself as a driver of local development and a source of pride for the region. With a rapidly expanding network and promising prospects, it confirms its role as a showcase for Côte-d'Orienne excellence.
