The next day at 8:30 a.m., postal services will be provided… at the reception of the Leclerc center on the route de Guingamp, La Poste announces in a press release.

“The Relay Post allows you to strengthen accessibility to servicesas close as possible to residents,” explains La Poste. A Relais which will be open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

La Poste services will be easily identifiable thanks to specific signage in postal colors. Trained by La Poste, the store team will provide most of the postal services.

Namely withdrawal of instances, mail and parcels; deposit of postal items, including registered mail; purchase of stamps, Ready-to-Post envelopes and Ready-to-Send packaging; postage and shipping of letters, parcels and registered mail.

The fact remains that this Wednesday, December 4, 2024, the presence of the Post Office at “petit Leclerc” was still limited to the rows of lockers to the left of the entrance. And if the store reception is indeed “freed” from its upcoming postal missions, no one is trained yet...

“Greater accessibility”

This format guarantees the sustainability of a local postal offer in the neighborhood and makes it possible to offer the population a service with greater accessibility with opening 6 days a week and a schedule of 66 hours per week.

For around ten years, La Poste has been adapting its network. Objective put forward: “Continue to offer customers a local service. This is how new forms of postal presence were created. These partnerships now benefit from very high satisfaction from customers, elected officials and traders,” says the group.

Please note: for any other service-mail-parcel operations, banking operations and appointments, you will need to go to La Poste du quai d'Aiguillon, open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
