A boost for residents of Côte-d'Or affected by the severe weather this spring. Eight municipalities are classified in a state of natural disaster, which opens the way to better reimbursements for disaster victims.
They have a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this decree in the Official Journal, to file a claim declaration with their insurance company in order to benefit from the compensation scheme provided for by law. of July 13, 1982.
The eight municipalities of Côte-d’Or concerned
- Ampilly-les-Bordes: floods and mudslides, 02/08/24
- Avosnes: floods and mudslides, from 03/31 to 04/01/24
- Charigny: floods and mudslides, from 03/31 to 04/01/24
- Clamerey: floods and mudslides, 03/31 to 04/01/24
- Leuglay: floods and mudslides, from 02/04 to 04/04/24
- Mâlain Floods and mudslides 08/13/24 08/14/24
- Saint-Martin-du-Mont: floods and mudslides, from 08/13 to 08/14/24
- Salmaise: land movements (excluding geotechnical drought), from 12/12/23 to 01/08/24

- Hauteroche: floods and mudslides, from 07/11 to 07/12/24
