“She knows almost everything!”

Monday December 2, Lorie was invited on the set of Daily on the occasion of the release of his latest single, I Want You Right Now and his future tour. In front of the cameras, she agrees to talk about her daughter who seems to be a big fan.

While she is preparing a French tour which will begin in October 2025 in Geneva, including three dates which will take place at the Trianon, already sold out, Lorie was invited to the set of Daily Monday December 2. In front of the cameras, she nostalgically immerses herself in memories from the start of her career. During the interview, Yann Barthès shows him a video of his daughter, born after PMA in August 2020. The young girl is standing from behind, a bicycle helmet on her head. Filmed by the singer, Nina observes a performance hall in which her mother has already performed many times. She then explains that her daughter “almost knows”, all songs. “But then what’s funny is that she learned about my songs, not from me, but from Kids United who had done a cover of ‘I’ll be your best friend’. And so she listens more to ‘I’ll be your best friend’ Kids United version than mine actually.says Nina’s mother, laughing. When Yann Barthès asks her what the four-year-old girl’s favorite song is, the answer is simple: “’With a Latin tune, she likes it’”. An opinion shared by several people present on the set that evening.

Lorie “at war” with Jennifer and Alizée at the start of her career? She answers

Guest on the show Alix’s Click last October, Lorie spoke about her start to her career in the 2000s. She explains in particular that she had no girlfriends in the showbiz world at that time. Many rumors were circulating about a possible war between her, Jennifer and Alizée. “The media often put us in competition”explains the singer. “So actually not at all. With Alizée and Jennifer, we didn’t mix, we didn’t know each other. Maybe we’d see each other on TV sets”. She explains that she met her two sisters when they began to see each other regularly on television sets. If she did not necessarily develop a great friendship with Jennifer and Alizée, without being their enemy, Lorie was always able to count on her childhood friends. “But we always, always remained very close. Me, my friends, these are my friends that I have known since (always, editor’s note)”she adds.
