As it gradually grew over the last few months, the suspense finally ended in Las Vegas. Fifth at the finish, Max Verstappen validated his 4th consecutive world champion title. The Dutchman can therefore no longer be caught by Lando Norris, 6th in Vegas. The challenge now is around the manufacturers' ranking. Two teams are still fighting for first place: McLaren and Ferrari. Eyes will therefore be riveted on Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz, as tension rose between the two men during the Las Vegas GP. With a 24-point lead, McLaren is currently in the lead. The mission is therefore clear for Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri: to offer the constructor's title to their team. Last year, both men finished on the podium here in Qatar.
