“Jérôme V. explained that during the first confinement he had been in contact with a man who had explained to him that he was administering sleeping pills to his wife in large doses in order to make her inert and abuse her.”

If he admits all of the facts, he appears to have made little progress regarding his functioning and his responsibility, I request a sentence of 16 years, and a eight-year socio-judicial follow-up, with four years incurred in the event of non-compliance.”
