Meeting on November 20, 2024 under the chairmanship of the mayor, Olivier Gayet, the members of the council welcomed Cyril Taudière, newly appointed head of municipal technical services, before tackling the agenda.
Inventory of wetlands. In the absence of certain investigative elements, validation of the study report is postponed to a later session.
2025 prices (fairground market and fairground). On a proposal from the commission, the council votes for an average increase of 3% at the fairgrounds and the maintenance of fairground prices. The operators returned with more animals. The 2024 objectives should be achieved. The rules for the fairground market will be activated in January.
Transfer by the college’s Prefabricated Department. The sale price was set at €10,000, financed in part by the reduction in subsidies to the Rural Home (€7,500 in 2023 and €3,750 in 2024). The building is intended for associations (Poker, Bee Api). Favorable deliberation of the council.
Convention Animal’Or 2024-2026. Agreement signed in 2023 for the period 2023 to 2027 (capture of stray dogs on public roads and their transport to pounds, in particular). The structure presenting unbalanced accounts, it requests a new agreement with prices revised upwards, going from €0.56 to €1.25 excluding tax (€1.50 including tax) per inhabitant, i.e. an annual municipal contribution increasing from €1,110.28 in 2023 to €3,004.50 in 2024. Requests for intervention must go through the town hall. The council adopts the agreement (4 abstentions).
Municipal commissions. The prefectural decree on avian flu has been promulgated: individuals must confine their live poultry.
Buildings: stadium lighting is satisfactory, energy savings in municipal buildings are planned but consumption is increased in the village hall, due to the breakdown of the heating network replaced by convectors.
Declaration of intent to alienate: the board does not preempt the two DIAs presented.
