Rhône: Obiz modifies its organization
Obiz (Lyon, Rhône), a digital platform for responsible relationship marketing, has announced that it is reviewing its organization to change dimension. “This new organization […] aims to establish a more agile and better coordinated structure to respond to market challenges while optimizing the use of our human, financial and material resources,” explains Brice Chambard, CEO of the Lyon group.
So, Julien Mateo is named deputy general director of the “business development” department. Among its new missions, let us cite the management of the convergence plan of the subsidiaries, the diversification of income streams, and the optimization of the strategic positioning of the brands. A graduate of Emlyon, Julien Mateo has been the general management of Ski Loisirs Diffusion since 2020, a company which entered the Obiz fold in 2023.
Finally, Leila Chojnacki was promoted to the position of Deputy Director General “Resources”in charge of all support functions (finance, information system, human resources, legal and data-AI and CRM). In his position, Obiz entrusts him with the tasks of supervising support functions, optimizing processes, managing financial performance, but also organizational transformation and talent management, as well as steering communication with stakeholders. During her career, Leïla Chojnacki notably held the administrative and financial management of the Globalliance and Geolid companies.
