Friaize. The fantastic Circus Concert of the Cie du Bois Midi. 160 spectators applauded, on Sunday, at the La Loupe village hall, the circus concert of the Compagnie Bois Midi de Châteaudun, as part of the new Arts en scène cultural season. This system is financed by the departmental council of Eure-et-Loir in order to promote artistic diffusion in rural communities.
Acrobat
This show takes the form of a recital performed by a duo of musicians (accordion and clarinet). It draws the viewer into its universe punctuated by an anthology of songs and music: classical, gypsy jazz, French song, including the common thread of the group Queen.
With them comes a new generation of artists around circus disciplines: a jubilant mix of genres! The five protagonists have fun in this joyous upheaval.
The public discovers juggling in a surprising and often hilarious staging, magic acts, Chinese pole, contortions against a tango background with a great burst of laughter.
The aerial fabric number is also a feast for the eyes: the acrobat performs complex figures several meters above the ground, using two long strips of flexible fabric hung from a pole installed… in the room.
