Less than a week after the singer’s funeral, new information on the circumstances of his death surfaced.

The death of Liam Payne is still recent, and each new information comes to wreak havoc on the family, loved ones and thousands of people. Directioners who have mourned the singer since October 16.
After a sober and intimate funeral bringing together the four remaining members of the group One Direction, two significant news bring sad emotions to life.
The reason why he fell from his hotel balcony
Liam hated being locked in rooms, a trauma left over from his One Direction days. Unfortunately, this would have led to his downfall. The American site TMZ reports that the fall that led to Liam’s death was a desperate attempt to escape his room, in which he was reportedly trapped for his safety.
Plus, this isn’t Liam’s first escape plan in recent months. According to sources, in mid-September, Liam’s bodyguard was concerned that he might be high on drugs. The bodyguard allegedly locked him in a bedroom of a rented house in Florida. Liam escaped via a balcony, using a garden hose to lower himself to the ground.
Camera footage also shows a crew forcibly carrying Liam to his room at the Casasur Palermo hotel by lifting him off the ground by his arms and feet after the singer caused a lot of disturbance in the lobby.
Liam is locked in, even though he told the employees he didn’t want to stay in the room and would use the balcony to escape.
A few minutes later, one of these employees allegedly called 911, saying they were concerned that he would use the balcony to get out and accidentally hurt himself. According to the transcript of the 911 call, the hotel employee said: “ I don’t know if his life is in danger. He’s in a room with a balcony and, well, we’re a little scared…”.
At the time of his death, Liam was found with a bag that he did not have in the lobby, thus highlighting the theory of escape via the balcony. The singer wanted to go from the third balcony to the second, where there was a bag filled with various substances and a bottle of Jack Daniel’s in which it was written “For Liam”. From the second, Liam could have subsequently attempted to jump a short distance to the ground, before leaving the hotel without being seen by his bodyguards.
Unfortunately, this fall had the consequence that we know.
