This Monday, November 25, the 17-year-old young woman, suspected of having killed a 22-year-old young man with a knife, was indicted for murder. The Besançon public prosecutor's office requested his placement in pre-trial detention.
Fatal stabbing
The events occurred in the evening from Saturday to Sunday, in a private apartment in a house, rue de Grammont, in Luxeuil-les-Bains, where four women and a man were present. According to our information, the suspect, the only minor in the group, threw a bottle at his girlfriend's head. When the suspect wanted to go to her to treat her, the young man allegedly asked her to stay away. It was at that moment that she grabbed a knife and dealt the fatal blow to the chest.
“We immediately notified the emergency services”
“We immediately notified the emergency services, we did everything to resuscitate him, we performed cardiac massages, before the emergency services took over,” says a participant in this evening, still in shock.
The young man, originally from Breuches, died on the spot. During this evening, alcohol and drugs were allegedly consumed. Analyzes are underway, says the public prosecutor of Haute-Sâone, Arnaud Grécourt.
“A good, nice boy”
The suspect, designated by the other participants in the evening as the author of the fatal blows, has no mention on her criminal record. For now, the reasons for his action remain unknown. The young man's autopsy must be carried out this Tuesday, November 26.
“He was a good boy, kind, very discreet. He didn’t talk too much about his life,” confides his friend. The investigation is entrusted to the Besançon investigation center.
