The actress and former model celebrates her 57th birthday this Monday, July 1. While she has given up makeup for over a year, she claimed on Instagram to be “happier than ever.”

As she approaches her sixties, Pamela Anderson seems more fulfilled than ever. As she celebrates her 57th birthday on July 1, 2024, the former model and actress clearly aspires to more simplicity. For the occasion, she shared a series of photos on her Instagram account where we see her in a white t-shirt, her hands in garden gloves while repotting her flowers. And among this slideshow, one photo reads: “I will make life more beautiful no matter what.”

“Happier than ever,” she wrote in the caption. “Thanks for all the love and birthday wishes, P.”

Far from California, the former bimbo now lives near Ladysmith in Canada, where she was born and which she moved closer to after her father’s stroke in 2020. “I moved to Canada, where I created a refuge for myself. I bought my grandmother’s property on a small island in the middle of a lake and I renovated it. I came back to where I left, where my parents got married. And I wanted to live fully again,” she told the magazine. Elle on June 20th.

Back to nature

At 57, Pamela Anderson has also put makeup aside. In 2023, she attracted attention after appearing without makeup at Paris Fashion Week. A style that contrasts with her bimbo style to which we had become accustomed, especially in the film Baywatch. “I didn’t even know anyone was going to notice,” she told Harper’s Bazaar Australia . I did it for myself, I just don’t see the need for makeup.”

Since then, the Canadian star has launched her own vegan and cruelty-free skincare range, called Sonsie.
