On June 13, 2017 at midnight:50, a refrigerator exploded and caught fire on the 4th floor of a tower that houses 600 residents. When the firefighters arrived on site, they quickly realized that something was wrong in this building. Soon, they completely lose control of the situation and must give up trying to rescue entire families, trapped by the flames. Not since the Second World War has a residential fire caused so many victims. In the process, a commission of experts was created to shed light on the causes of the tragedy, but the report was slow in being released.
SO Kate Campbell, journalist for the BBC, decides to investigate and what she discovers is beyond belief. In reality, a multitude of actors, from the highest levels of administration, but also from the private sector, laid the foundations of the disaster one by one, putting their profit before the safety of residents, while ignoring the numerous alerts which should have prevented this tragedy.
