ProAdapt is a French impact startup, a pioneer in the field of health and well-being for people who are fragile, isolated or suffering from their health (disability, weight, age).
We have thought up and designed, alongside the people concerned, the first digital innovation which makes it possible to create physical activity programs 100% tailor-made to everyone's health, thanks to an innovative capacity check.
Since 2020, we have been supporting people who are too often forgotten, pushed aside by society for health reasons, to help them regain confidence in themselves, in their body, in their abilities. Help them regain autonomy and feel well-being.
