Literally helpless, Regis Gurtner was unable to prevent the heavy defeat of Amiens SC on the Guingamp pitch (3-0), Friday on the occasion of the 14th day of Ligue 2. The Amiens goalkeeper and captain conceded the defensive fragility of his team at the microphone of France Blue Picardy.
Régis Gurtner's confession of helplessness
“We came across a great team from Guingamp. They had a good start to the match, they put us in difficulty. We conceded a goal quite quickly. The scenario means that they manage to put a second one. We know that we are a little more crumbly on the outside. We concede a lot of goals, it's a little difficult to explain it. If we want to take points and have a little more consistent matches, we will have to be much more solid.
In the last matches, we took three in Dunkirk, Annecy and Metz, we took two in Caen. If we concede two or three away goals each time, we will have difficulty coming back with a result. We're going to have to work on that, we're aware. We will go back, take stock of the match and get back to work next week. »
