Anggun became known in France thanks to his titles such as Snow in the Sahara or even In the name of the moon. In 2012, she was also chosen to represent France at Eurovision. Unfortunately, the Indonesian singer finished in 22nd place in this competition. A ranking which disappointed him at the time. She in fact confided to the Parisian: “I hoped to be between the top 3 and the top 10”. If Anggun has become so popular in France, it is notably thanks to Florent Pagny. It is in fact the interpreter of Know how to love which propelled her to the forefront.
Anggun very close to Florent Pagny
Last May, the star was on the Télématin set to promote the show from the Spectacul'Art association, which this year pays tribute to Florent Pagny. The singer has indeed battled lung cancer.
Close to the latter, Anggun confided about him in 2022 in a Bruce Toussaint show: “Florent, This is really the person who reached out to mehe was the one who helped me break through in France, because his team had become mine.” Since then, Anggun and Florent Pagny have always remained in contact. She often checked on him during his illness. She owes him a lot indeed.
The singer happy in love
The 50-year-old has had many love stories. She was married to Michel Georgea from 1992 to 1999 and to Olivier Maury from 2004 to 2006. She then married the French novelist Cyril Montana in June 2010. The couple had a daughter named Kirana. They divorced in 2015. Since 2018, Anggun has been in perfect love with Christian Kretschmar, a German photographer.
Questioned by our colleagues from Gala In 2019, Anggun said about his romantic relationships: “No I'm not a man eaterno I don't get tired of those I love quickly. In my life, I've kissed seven men and married four, that's saying something. We would never put this kind of trial on a man. I was undoubtedly a victim of my youth.” Anggun is really on cloud nine with Christian Kretschmar. On Instagram, she does not hesitate to make beautiful declarations of love for him, notably nicknamed him “my
favorite person”.
This amazing ritual Anggun does for her husband
During her appearance on Télématin last May, Anggun received a surprise from her husband. Christian Kretschmar actually made her a video to thank her for a particular detail. He thus confided: “My love, thank you for accepting my somewhat strange passion for Italian coffee and the coffee ceremonies, which take about thirty minutes every morning”, before continuing: “And thank you for replacing your morning tea with a cappuccino. I love you very much.”
Anggun, moved by this message, added: “I like him a lot physicallyit’s very important in a couple’s life.”before adding: “He’s a very, very fascinating person.” A love story that makes you dream.
