Storm Caetano reached eastern France
Winter storm Caetano is moving east of the country today. On Thursday, strong winds and sometimes snow deprived up to 270,000 homes of electricity in the west, particularly in Normandy and the Pays de la Loire. On the roads and airports, it also caused a lot of chaos.
