The key to success: “I have worked in many top clubs and Real Madrid is the biggest in the world in terms of history, organization, demands… We realize that the most important thing here is to succeed on a sporting level. The president’s work is spectacular, the club wins thanks to his work.
An extraordinary atmosphere: “Real Madrid is a family, we spend a lot of time here and the atmosphere helps you give your best. From a personal point of view, I prefer working in a family. Every day you spend here , you feel it.”
The Tenth: “I was convinced that we could succeed. You have to stay confident until the last second. When we scored the goal, I was convinced that we were going to win, it was very important from a psychological point of view .”
