Youssef Allali, accused of being the instigator, admitted to having asked Yaser Abau to “put pressure” on the victim. From the statements of the three accused, Mes Mary and Mainz deduced that the accused planned, at the very least, to physically attack the victim and that Youssef Allali was indeed the instigator of this assassination.
Dylan Duby could not have stabbed Franck Goes to death if he had not received the order, argued Mr. Mainz. But for what reason?
