The two counsel for the civil party, Me Sven Mary and Me Jean-Philippe Mayence, are convinced of the guilt of Youssef Allali in the assassination of Franck Goes, relays 7sur7. “Dylan Duby no longer remembers how many stabs he gave to Frank Goes, but on the other hand he remembers that he did not want to kill,” declared Me Mary, who doubts the sincerity of the accused . To justify his position, the criminal lawyer recalled that on September 29, 2020, the accused spent three and a half hours waiting for the victim to leave his offices in Jette to attack him. “He attacked him in the back and stabbed him once in the heart,” he detailed.

For Me Mary, Duby's act was premeditated. Better, the accused had taken into account the hypothesis that the victim died, given that he violently stabbed her six times with a knife, including once in the heart. In the event that the jurors recognize the guilt of Dylan Duby for the assassination of Goes, they will have to condemn the other accused, Youssef Allali and Yaser Abau, as co-perpetrators of this crime, argued the two lawyers of the party civil.

On the stand, Dylan Duby declared that he had been paid to “cause incapacity for work” to Franck Goes. For his part, Yaser Abau, accused of being the intermediary, swore he asked the latter to “hit the victim in the knee with a baseball bat”. Youssef Allali, accused of being the instigator, admitted to having asked Yaser Abau to “put pressure” on the victim. From the statements of the three accused, Mes Mary and Mainz deduced that the accused planned, at the very least, to physically attack the victim and that Youssef Allali was indeed the instigator of this assassination.

Dylan Duby could not have stabbed Franck Goes to death if he had not received the order, argued Mr. Mainz. But for what reason? In any case, money cannot be the motive for this crime, believes the civil party's lawyer: “Youssef Allali had everything, but it was not enough. “He’s a man who can’t stand being stood up to.” According to the civil party, Allali has a bad reputation for eliminating all the people who criticize the works carried out by his company, specializing in the renovation of facades.
