Contacted by Lorraine News this Tuesday, November 19, 2024, the City of Metz explains that fourteen people were recorded as victims.
They were accompanied by the CCAS (communal social action center) of the city. This makes the link with the affected people “to any request for help in their actions. Most of them are relocated to family or thanks to their insurance, the City stands by them for all forms of support (psychological, administrative). »
But the inhabitants will they be able to return to their accommodation ? If yes, when? At this point, it's still too early to tell. “It will depend on the passage of the expertthis week,” concludes the City.
