Patrick Sébastien celebrates his 50th career: “The day I can no longer go on stage, I die”

Thursday November 14, Patrick Sébastien was at the party. In the company of his ex-partner Nathalie, known as “Nana”, and their daughter Lilly, the artist celebrated his 71st birthday but also his 50th career. With its ups and downs, but never stopping. “Since the beginning of the year, I have recorded an album, written a play, worked on another, performed galas with thousands of people across … As long as I am physically able, I must be overactive, he confesses. I don’t play sports, I don’t go golfing, my only hobby is creating and writing all the time. And I have the chance and the luxury of being paid to do it! »

To celebrate these five decades where he has increased his activities, Patrick Sébastien has not planned any major celebrations. He has just published “The Carnival of the Ambitious”, which denounces ambitions in all areas. “It causes a lot of damage, with people falling along the way. Even big stars like Céline Dion, who is the richest, the most famous… and who has just experienced difficult years,” analyzes the man who has a total of twenty-two books, including one per year over the last five years. “Some have sold very well like the one about my mother with 500,000 copies, others less but I have a loyal audience. »
