Loiret farmers are mobilizing this Monday, November 18, as in several other regions. At the call of their majority unions, the FNSEA 45 and the Young Farmers (JA) ils brought out the tractors. In Orléans, they decided to invest the bridge of Europewhich crosses the Loire, from Saint-Pryvé-Saint-Mesmin. The first tractors arrived around 3 p.m., in the rain.

Ten months after their strong mobilizationfarmers believe they have not been heard by the government. They always ask for improvements in their income and the cash flow of their farms. Farmers also oppose the proposed free trade agreement considered between the European Union and Mercosurthe countries of South America. Project which could be discussed on the sidelines of the G20 summit which begins in Rio, Brazil. In Orléans, the mobilization is expected to last until late at night. The farmers present plan to light a fire of anger, on the southern part of the Europe Bridge at 7:45 p.m.
