Farmers from Haute-Loire began their mobilization this Monday, November 18 in Puy-en-Velay. Around a hundred of them are expected in the Ponote city. Administrative simplification, single control of farms or even denunciation of Mercosur… The demonstrators intend to make their demands heard.
Mid-morning, farmers decided to block the entrance to the parking lot of the Departmental Territorial Directorate (DDT) in Puy-en-Velay. “After words, we want actions, the world of Oui-Oui is over” can be read on a huge banner displayed at the entrance to the DDT du Puy by the JA and the FDSEA.
The first skips containing various waste and even stones have just been dumped in front of the Departmental Directorate of the Haute-Loire Territories.
For its part, the Rural Coordination launched, before dawn this Monday, November 18, an operation “free parking for purchasing power for consumers in the hope that they think of producers and breeders”. The bars closing the entrances to Place Michelet and Place du Breuil (in photo) have been dismantled.
