On the night of Saturday November 16 to Sunday November 17, Ukraine suffered one of the most violent air attacks in recent months. 120 Russian missiles and 90 drones were fired across Ukrainian territory.
Russian missiles fall one after the other on the city of Rivne. In Odessa, firefighters are battling the flames and helping local residents who were pulled from their homes in the early morning. “Everyone started screaming, we were so scared,” urges one of them. In total, nearly 120 Russian missiles and 90 drones were fired across Ukrainian territory.
In kyiv, a rocket passed through a building, killing at least ten people and injuring more than twenty people. According to the Ukrainian government, the Russians mainly targeted Ukrainian power plants. An attack which comes the day after an interview with Volodymyr Zelensky who called for an end to the war by 2025.
