This is the event not to be missed. On the occasion of the 12th day of Ligue 1, LOSC hosts Rennes on Sunday November 24, 2024. Kick-off is set for 3 p.m. on the pitch of the Pierre Mauroy Décathlon Arena stadium in Villeneuve d'Ascq (North).
Beyond the attractive sports poster between the two clubs – LOSC is currently 4th in the ranking, Rennes is in 13th place – this match is already shaping up to be a great popular celebration.
Because the Lille club is celebrating its 80th anniversary during this meeting. And LOSC has decided to pull out all the stops. On the program: DJ set by Martin Solveig, selfies and autographs with more than a hundred former Lille stars on the red carpet and XXL tifo like the stadium has never seen before. For latecomers or non-subscribers, no stress: there are several hundred places left on the LOSC ticket office website. Starting price set at 30 euros.
Sunday, November 24, 2024, the meeting takes place from noon on the square in front of the Pierre Mauroy stadium to share a lunch with music, with a stage set up and gifts to be won.
From 1 p.m., all the Mastiff supporters will crowd around the N gate on either side of the red carpet installed for the occasion. In addition to the arrival of players from the current team, nearly a hundred former Lille stars will be present. Prepare your cameras and your best jerseys for an XXL selfie and autograph session.
Before the kick-off scheduled for 3 p.m., LOSC announces several surprises which will punctuate the afternoon until the deployment of the biggest tifo in the history of the Stade Pierre Mauroy Decathlon Arena.
The highlight of this anniversary day will undoubtedly take place after the meeting which, we hope, will result in a crushing victory for the Mastiffs. At the final whistle, supporters are asked to remain in the stands to attend… a DJ set by Martin Solveig.
After lighting up the closing ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games, the French DJ was selected by LOSC to ignite the Pierre Mauroy stadium with his global hits like Jealousy, Hello or Intoxicated. A sound and light show is in preparation. It's not every day that you blow out your 80th birthday.
