The commune in the local public company (SPL) Dinan – cap Fréhel tourism
First subject on the agenda, tourism competence, currently held by Dinan Agglomération. A diagnosis reveals that the association status no longer allows the implementation of the missions of the tourist office. There is also a need for financial clarity, coordination of actions and governance. After examination, the choice fell on the creation of a local public company.
The Dinan – Cap Fréhel Tourism Local Public Company (SPL) will aim to bring together the missions of the different offices in the region.
The municipal council approves the subscription to the capital of the SPL, up to €500, and appoints Patricia Pacé as representative.
Hiking trails
The municipal council issues a favorable opinion for the inclusion in the Departmental Plan of walking and hiking routes (PDIPR) of the Rabasse wood circuit, that of the Rance and the Plumaugat Plebs Maelcat loop.
Developments and works
Elected officials voted for the project to renovate two sources of light pollution in the Vieux-Chêne housing estate, for an amount of €2,073.
We also recall the security development project at the entrance to the town, on the RD 19, rue de Saint-Méen-Le-Grand”,
with signage work. A quote of €2,340 was presented.
Photovoltaic energy, methanization, wind power
Municipalities are asked to define areas where they wish to see priority
projects to be implemented. The municipality has already made the decision to purchase the photovoltaic plant which will be installed, at the end of the year, on the roof of the sports hall, with the creation of a collective self-consumption loop. On the other hand, it is favorable to the development of solar energy on roofs, while preserving the landscape character. Thus, a car park will be created at Place de la Forge, for which this type of project is not ruled out. Then, the municipality is not unfavorable to a methanization project, the project would be studied with the farmers. On the other hand, it does not wish to develop wind power.
