The Ukrainian Minister of Energy, German Galushchenko, indicated on Telegram this Sunday, November 17 that a “massive attack on the electricity system is underway” and that Russian forces are “attacking electricity generation and transmission facilities throughout Ukraine.

The Polish army announced on Sunday that it had taken off fighter planes and mobilized “all available forces and resources” to protect its territory for a “massive attack” Russian missiles and drones against Ukraine.
