In recent days, a new face has appeared behind the windows of the Le Gall delicatessen, now Maison Le Gallou. Davis Kristopher and his partner Florida take over the reins of the brand installed at the top of Place du Martray for more than 110 years. Many still remember Gilbert Bléas, who sold his business to Denis Le Gall. The latter therefore passes the baton “to a young person” but still remains within the walls until the end of the year. “I still have a few years left to work. It will come as opportunities arise,” he confides.
For his part, Davis Kristopher, with a CAP and around ten years of experience in the La Charolaise butchery in Guingamp, will be keen to maintain the activity in continuity. “We offer homemade dishes, meat and fish and work with quality, local products. We will keep the same state of mind, the same recipes, the seasonal vegetable and fruit stall too,” indicates the new boss, who does not rule out some new products, little by little.
If for Florida, the activity is new, it will be supported by the team, Delphine and Maïwenn in sales. Alexandra will assist the chef in the kitchen. The catering activity continues for professionals and individuals (family celebrations, birthdays, aperitif dinners).
